Red Alder Cone Hexagon Bronze Earrings with Sterling Silver Hoops

This beautiful and unique pair of earrings is part of our new Northern California Forest Jewelry Collection, featuring leaves and cones of various native tree species with geometric elements! This stunning earring pair features a set of bronze pendants, cast from real Red Alder seed cones, with hexagonal bails. The cones are lightweight, weighing about 3g each. The earrings come with hand fabricated 0.5" .925 sterling silver hoops made from tubing and wire!

Red Alder (Alnus rubra) is a deciduous tree native in coastal western North America from Alaska to Central California. Found in temperate rainforests, its conifer-like seed cones are emblematic of the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.

Currently made to order and ships within 1-3 weeks from our San Francisco Bay Area studio. Due to the unique metal casting process used, each Alder cone will be cast from a different cone and be totally one of a kind.
